The 6th Third Member (Employee) Representative Conference of Jiuding Group Trade Union and the 4th Third Member (Employee) Representative Conference of Zhengwei New Materials Trade Union were successfully held
On the afternoon of November 30th, the 6th Third Member (Employee) Representative Conference of Jiuding Group Trade Union and the 4th Third Member (Employee) Representative Conference of Zhengwei New Materials Trade Union were grandly held in the conference room on the third floor of Building 6. 172 employee representatives from various positions in the company attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Gu Zhenhua, a member of the Party Committee and a member of the Trade Union.
The meeting listened to the "Administrative Work Report" delivered by Comrade Feng Yongzhao, the General Manager of the Group. In 2023, the company closely focused on strategic development goals and annual work plans, calmly responded to various risks and challenges, and maintained a stable and positive development trend.
The conference heard and approved the Trade Union Work Report presented by Comrade Jiang Yongjian, the Chairman of the Trade Union. Under the leadership of the superior trade union and the group party committee, the company's trade union fulfills its union functions around the requirements of high-quality development of the enterprise, extensively carries out labor competitions for excellence, continuously deepens service guarantee work, strictly implements the system of employee representative conferences, orderly carries out various cultural and sports activities, unites and leads the majority of employees to strive for strength and make achievements, and provides guarantees for the smooth development of various work for the enterprise.
The conference also reviewed and approved the "Report on the Review of Funds for the Group Trade Union" and the "Report on the Review of Funds for the Zhengwei New Materials Trade Union", and reviewed and approved the "Detailed Rules for the Recognition of Relevant Provisions in Article 39 of the Labor Contract Law (Revised Edition)" and "List of Red Line Management for Safety Production Behavior and Environmental Protection Operation Behavior".
At the meeting, Comrade Liu Yaqin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, read out the various resolutions formed at the conference and called on all employees to strengthen their confidence, work together, and under the leadership of the company's Party Committee, trade union, and administration, shoulder the sacred mission bestowed upon us by history, promote high-quality development of the enterprise, continuously strive for excellence, and contribute more extensive and magnificent strength to the enterprise.
At the end of the meeting, Comrade Gu Qingbo, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, gave a guiding speech on trade union work and put forward three opinions on doing a good job in trade union work: first, to strengthen ideals and beliefs, improve political stance, and play the role of party work organizations; The second is to strengthen self construction, create excellent teams, and improve the level of union work; The third is to strengthen democratic construction, adhere to people-oriented principles, and give full play to the role of employees as the main body.
