The conference summarized the work of the previous Women's Federation and elected a new Women's Federation Executive Committee. 11 comrades, including Ding Yu, Sun Huili, Li Chanchan, He Chunxia, Wu Jiayan, Wu Yajing, Zong Wei, Yao Jing, Gu Zhenhua, Xue Zhongyun, and Dai Xiaohui, were elected.
